How we got started!

Ken and Robyn purchased the home in May of 2016. Ken has extensive experience in the electrical, heating and cooling industry. Robyn has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. When Ken's work place transferred him to Waterloo, they began looking to move closer to Waterloo. Robyn found the home in March of 2016 and they moved in May of 2016. Work immediately began on renovations on the second floor. Four bedrooms were made into three and two full baths were added. Thus each room has it's own private bath. Ken worked tirelessly to rewire the home as well as update the plumbing. It was originally heated with radiators, those have been removed and replaced with hydronic heat ; central air will be added in 2017.
The home was originally built in 1900 and Ken and Robyn are proud to be preserving a bit of history!
